Why we started

Most people who apply for work do not hear back. They send an application into a portal, wait, and eventually take whatever is closest to home. Meanwhile the employer on the other side is short-staffed and reading the same applications.

We built this desk to close that gap by hand. One person on our side reads what you can actually work — the hours, the distance, the start date — and matches it against openings a hiring manager has already approved. That is the whole method.

Who we place

We work with people looking for a first job, a second income, a shift that fits around school, or a remote role after a move. On the employer side we work with small operations — warehouses, clinics, retail floors, and back offices — that need someone reliable without a six-week hiring process.

Our remote placements are US-based roles with equipment and training provided. Our on-site placements are concentrated around Princeville and the surrounding counties.
